【大紀元訊】駐舊金山台北經濟文化辦事處表示，該處將於2024年10月17日，喬遷至舊金山第四街一棟全新7層的辦公大樓，新館地址為：345 4th Street, San Francisco, CA 94107。駐處位於555 Montgomery Street現址各單位，包括領務、經濟、教育、觀光等各組，都將遷入新館辦公。另，目前在舊金山市華埠租屋辦公的金山僑教中心，也將一起遷入新址辦公。搬遷當日，領務組將暫停臨櫃服務1日，至隔週週一（21日）再開放領務臨櫃收件。
經文處指出，該棟大樓購於2023年，近期將完成裝修。新館空間較舊址寬敞，希望能給僑胞朋友提供更便利及優質的服務，並可展現中華民國台灣在科技、經貿、文化、教育、觀光的亮點，提升台灣的優質形象。
經文處表示，新館的地點交通便利，位於4th Street與Folsom Street路口附近（鄰近Moscone Center），自有車輛或公共運輸工具都易到達。新館位置鄰近80號高速公路交流道，並有Caltrain火車站（San Francisco）、Muni電車站（Yerba Buena/Moscone），及BART捷運站（Powell Street）等公共運輸停靠站；在停車空間方面，附近除有路邊停車格外，亦有多間民營停車場，如795 Folsom St.、3rd & Harrison Lot、1st Francis、875 Howard Garage 、Moscone Center Garage等處。

Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in San Francisco (TECO-SF) will relocate to its new purchased brand-new 7-story building on October 17th, 2024. Its address is 345 4th Street, San Francisco, CA 94107. All divisions currently on 555 Montgomery Street, including Consular, Economics, Education, and Tourism, will be moving to the new office. Additionally, the OCAC Culture Center in San Francisco will also move to the new location. On the relocation day, the Consular Division will suspend in-person services for one day and reopen on Monday, Oct. 21.
TECO-SF notes that the new building was purchased in 2023, and renovations are nearly finished. The new building offers more spacious accommodations, which can provide the public with more convenient and high-quality services, better showcase Taiwan’s highlights in technology, trade, culture, education, and tourism, and enhance the images of Taiwan.
TECO-SF notes, the new office has a convenient access to the I-80 freeway exit, Caltrain station (San Francisco), Muni station (Yerba Buena/Moscone), and Bart station (Powell Street). Aside from street parking nearby, there are a number of private parking lots, such as 795 Folsom St.、3rd & Harrison Lot、1st Francis、875 Howard Garage, and Moscone Center Garage.
According to the TECO-SF, from October 21st, all the visitors and consular affair applicants should proceed to the new office for services.
