我已向聯邦選舉委員會（FEC）正式提交一份投訴，要求對我認為涉嫌違反聯邦競選資金法的行為展開調查。

我相信，每一位選民都應該有信心，相信競選資金法能夠獲得公平、一致的適用，無論涉及哪個政黨或哪位候選人。
每一場競選都必須遵守相同的規則。當出現可信的疑慮顯示這些規則可能遭到違反時，我認為有責任將相關情況提交給適當的聯邦主管機關，而不是選擇視而不見。

Formal Complaint with the Federal Election Commission

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
I have filed a formal complaint with the Federal Election Commission (FEC) requesting an investigation into what I believe are violations of federal campaign finance law.
My complaint was delivered to the FEC’s Office of General Counsel in Washington, D.C., on Friday, June 26, 2026, at 9:59 a.m. Eastern Time, and received by Houser. UPS tracking number: 1Z9X1148A629211634.
I am taking this step not only as a candidate for Congress, but as a voter, a duly elected Alameda County Republican Central Committee Committeewoman, and the top Republican vote-getter in California’s 14th Congressional District in both the June 2 and June 16, 2026 Primary Elections. Every voter deserves confidence that campaign finance laws are applied fairly and consistently, regardless of party or candidate.
Every campaign must follow the same rules. When credible concerns arise that those rules may have been broken, I believe it is my responsibility to bring them to the appropriate federal authority rather than look the other way.
I want to be clear: the FEC has not reached any conclusions or made any findings. I respect the Commission’s independent review process and will allow it to proceed without interference.
Our campaign remains grounded in honesty, integrity, and respect for the rule of law. I will continue focusing on the people of our community and on ensuring that our elections are fair and transparent for all.
I will share updates — including the Matter Under Review (MUR) number once assigned — as this process moves forward.
Thank you once again to all the Republican, Democratic, Libertarian, and Independent voters that voted for me and CA14.
