1 個黃瓜,切成條
1 ½ 杯豆芽
1 ½ 杯香菜
1 把韭菜
對於花生沾醬汁:
1 湯匙牛油果油,或其它油
3 瓣蒜,切末
5 湯匙甜花生醬
5 湯匙海鮮醬
1 ½ 杯保留煮蝦水
對於 nuoc cham 沾醬汁:
1 杯熱水
5 湯匙糖
5 湯匙魚露
5 湯匙青檸檬汁
3 瓣蒜,切末
2個紅手指辣椒,切片,或用鳥眼辣椒代替
